LOL! i've never felt so unwelcome in all of my days as a musician. driving out to wonder valley to meet local
musicians i had great anticipation for the evening. little did i know that if you are not known by mr. chambers,
then you are considered suspicious and threatening in some way.

being new in town, i was excited to meet some local peeps who play, but then being made to feel like i was a criminal...
that is too funny, me? i immediately packed my tent as fast as i could and got back to JT with feelings of WTF?
funny thing is we even had a map, and were told that it was not a "private" affair all musicians are welcome...not.

thanks mr. chambers, that was such a lovely gathering, and i can't say enough how i will never take
an instrument there to be worked on at your shop......not ever.

I'll be camping in the park tonight, it's much more welcoming! :-)

  • Hey Little Raven. We got burnt on that one for sure but we learned a lesson about paranoia and alcoholism, didn't we? C'est la vie. On a brighter note, Chambers did return Indy's guitar strap to Ralph's music shop. AND, let's face it... the music that was being played was nothing to write home about. Also, we learned who not to trust with our instrument repair : )
